Wenvoe Meadow Nature Reserve was officially opened on Wednesday 7th July by the Mayor of Cambridge, Russ McPherson.
We can also announce that in a recent botanical survey, 2 bee orchids have been found, showing that this old pasture has the capacity to surprise us. The plan is to leave the grasses and herbs to flower. We will cut the grass in August/September, and take off the dead grass to encourage more regrowth of flowers.
