Wenvoe Meadow opened

Wenvoe Meadow Nature Reserve was officially opened on Wednesday 7th July by the Mayor of Cambridge, Russ McPherson.
We can also announce that in a recent botanical survey, 2 bee orchids have been found, showing that this old pasture has the capacity to surprise us.
​The plan is to leave the grasses and herbs to flower.  We will cut the grass in August/September, and take off the dead grass to encourage more regrowth of flowers.
